Engineer – Tool Making

Experience : 4 to 6 years
Qualification : Diploma in Tool and Die
Bandwidth : Assistant Engineer – Senior Engineer

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• To carefully study the drawing AND carry out Processing and manufacturing of Moulds Parts
• To carry out Bench Work and make assembly of Moulds
• To Ensure the all parts which are assembled in the mould according BOM
• To make Dimension review and ensure correct dimensions as required
• Interacting with other department for completion of moulds parts like, core, cavity, etc.
• To be keen in continuous improvement i.e., reduce cycle time of manufacturing / assembling, improve efficiency, productivity
