Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute zonal go-to-market plans; set & track country/region-wise targets.
  • Drive lead generation/qualification and ensure weekly funnel health.
  • Build brand presence via exhibitions, magazines, and social media; deliver solution presentations.
  • Ensure timely RFQs/quotes, lead technical/commercial discussions, and close orders.
  • Manage order cycle: LOI/PO follow-up, advance collection, monthly manufacturing schedules, and balance payment before dispatch.
  • Monitor project status, ensure on-time completion, and provide proactive customer updates.
  • Maintain competitor/market intelligence and submit accurate, timely reports.
  • Participate in TEI (QCC/Kaizen) and complete related improvement projects.
