Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Lead design programs: manage schedules, budgets, action items, and reporting.
• Understand customer requirements, performance standards, and translate them into product specifications.
• Develop design concepts, prototypes, and validate through testing & analysis.
• Participate in CAD design, material selection, and creation of detailed drawings.
• Apply ACDE methodology to deliver efficient and innovative designs.
• Conduct structural analysis, explore new technologies, and implement into products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and smooth production handover.
• Maintain design documentation for product support and next-generation improvements.
• Support sourcing, purchasing, and component selection during the design process.
• Ensure cost-effective, innovative, and reliable solutions aligned with lifecycle requirements.
